Be Mindful
It is now over a year since I first started the course and I continue to feel fine. The things I learned have really helped. If I do become stressed, which is now rare I do a breathing exercise. We are now into the third week of this lock down due to the virus and I know I am handling it better than I would have done if I had not taken the course. It is the best thing I have done.
