Wellmind Health's Be Mindful app is now available on the EMIS App Library. The EMIS App Library provides clinicians with direct access to the highest quality assured apps by restricting the service to those apps currently listed on the NHS Apps Library, or those which pass strict evaluation criteria based on NHS Digital's Digital Assessment Questions (DAQs).

Using the EMIS App Library, GPs are able to recommend and prescribe established and trusted healthcare apps which have been proven to deliver improved health outcomes for patients. Be Mindful is the only clinically validated digital Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programme. Rigorous academic and clinical research studies by leading institutions demonstrate the outstanding and lasting reductions in levels of stress, anxiety and depression achieved by Pathway participants.

EMIS

In collaboration with EMIS, IQVIA has created an enhanced version of the EMIS Apps Library to provide GPs with the ability to recommend clinically evaluated health apps via text or email to millions of NHS patients across England. Be Mindful is one of nine health apps to have been approved for inclusion in the EMIS Health Apps Library.
