The free mental wellbeing service for Londoners which offers Be Mindful is a world-first

Good Thinking, the free online mental wellbeing service for people living and working in London, has released its first report. Good Thinking partnered with Wellmind Health to offer the NHS-approved Be Mindful online mindfulness course through the Good Thinking service.

The launch of Good Thinking in November 2017 saw London become the first global city to create a city-wide digital mental wellbeing service. The report, The Good Thinking journey: How the first-ever city-wide digital mental wellbeing service helped a quarter of a million Londoners tracks the journey from concept to pilot and through to the service growing to reach over 250,000 people experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress and sleeping difficulties in the capital.

"It's fantastic news that the Good Thinking service has already reached so many Londoners and we look forward to continuing to help people to improve their mental wellbeing in partnership with Good Thinking."
